    How quickly will my order ship?

    We aim to ship all orders within one working day, however on rare occasions delays may occur outside of our control. You will be notified when your order is shipped.

      

    Can I return my brushes?

    We believe you will love your brushes as much as we do, if there is a genuine fault with your product, please get in touch at info@sobeautystuff.com. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns based on a change of mind. This does not affect your statutory rights.

      

    Why does my brush colour look different to the photos on the website?

    All of our makeup brushes are hand made and hand painted, this means that the finish may vary very slightly. Due to a change in material supplier between batches some versions of the 3.7 Brow Duo have the ferules on opposite ends of the brush; this is purely cosmetic and does not affect the integrity of the product.

      

    Why is there no logo on my bent liner?

    With continued product development the decision was made to change the material of the bent liner ferule, and this new material is not conducive with the laser logo application.
