Collection Cosmetics
Prime

Correct & Conceal

Colour correcting is right up my street, so I’m loving these new products from Collection.

There are three Lasting Perfection Concealer Corrections in Lemon, Green and Lilac. A liquid product, they apply like a traditional tubed concealer and they blend out easily.

The Primed & Ready Colour Correct palette has a cream panned version of the green and lilac correctors, a miniature tube pan of the invisible setting powder and a mini tube of concealer.

Contour and Highlight

The Illuminating Touch Gold Highlighter is a liquid highlight. You wind the base of the pen and this disperses some product into the brush tip ready to apply. As the name suggests, this highlight has a golden finish; the liquid formula is easy to blend, but dries quickly, so you need to work fast.

One of my favourite items is the Precision Contouring stick’ a wind up cream crayon in that’s easy to apply and easy to blend.

The Speedy highlight is another wind up crayon style product. A gorgeous champagne finish and easily blendable, I really enjoy using this highlight.

Eye Shadow

Eyes Uncovered ($22.99) are a range of eyeshadow palettes offering 6 complimentary shades. I have the Nude Rose and the Matte Nude Rose – both a beautiful selection of wearable peaches and pinks.

The shadows apply nicely and have a very natural look to them. The colour payoff of the matte shades is moderate, but buildable. I definitely recommend them for someone who is getting into eye makeup. I love the shimmer shades, they look gorgeous and have really nice pigment.
