Too Faced Sweet Peach Eyeshadow Palette

The Too Faced Sweet Peach Palette; originally released as a limited addition palette that sold out everywhere. Luckily for us makeup lovers, Too Faced came back with not only the palette but a whole Sweet Peach collection! Of course I had this palette on my wish list. Last month my sister spoiled me by sending it to me for my birthday. Let’s take a closer look at the palette and see if it’s worth the hype. Too Faced Sweet Peach Palette

The Sweet Peach packaging is so cute and girly. I love the ombre theme of the palette casing. This is also carried through to the layout of the shadows inside the palette, which is a nice touch. I know some have found the smell quite sickly. However, I really enjoy the sweet scent. It isn’t as strong as the cocoa
smell of the Chocolate Bar palette.

The shades I have been enjoying using for an all of the lid shimmer are  “Nectar”, “Luscious” and “Just Peachy”. I also enjoy using “Puree” and “Summer Yum” for my base and/or crease. “Bless Her Heart” is a stunning shade to use if you are doing a more smokey eye look, and it’s quite different from any other shadows I have. While there is variation in the formula and finish of the shadows, I’d say they are all of great quality. The only shade in the palette I was disappointed in was ‘Talk Derby To Me”. It isn’t horrible, but the formula is no where near as smooth as the other shades and the pigment is lacking.

So is this palette worth all the hype? Absolutely! Since this collection launched, there have been so many peach themed products popping up. These shades are so on trend right now. From this palette you can create so many looks, from a natural day through to a bold smokey look.
